Set a time to write regularly for 10-30 minutes.

Write down all your thoughts.

Don't stop writing. Write mostly in English.

Don't worry about mistakes. Don't look up words. Keep writing.

Writing by hand is better than on the computer.

There is no wrong way of doing this. This is just for you.

Too busy? Find the time. Your writing will improve dramatically.

Look up some words.

Edit (edit means read again, fix mistakes, change some things.)

Edit more. Show it to someone else for feedback.

Make shopping lists.

Keep a notebook. Write a few sentences about movies you see, songs you like, or things you want to remember.

Write post-it notes for friends and family.

Text your friends and family often. Text in English.
